Logan's first 4th of July was a fun, hot, and busy day. We enjoyed a wonderful meal with the Merwins and then went to our church for a fantastic service and fireworks. The temperature reached 108 that day and it was very muggy, so we also soaked up some sun in the swimming pool.
Digging into the frosting - YUMMY!
Logan absolutely LOVES being in the pool. He could be in the crankiest mood ever, but once you get him into the pool, he has a great time. He loves to kick around and play by the edge. I am glad that he likes swimming so much because we spend alot of our summer time in the pool to keep out of this ridiculous Arizona heat!
Uncle Chuck was spraying Kyler with the hose and he was obviously NOT to happy about it.... so -Ky went and turned off the hose. What a smart little guy! :-)
Fireworks at LWBC - fun times!
Logan was scared by the noise of the fireworks and by the time they were over, we were all sweaty, tired, and ready to go home - Logan included.
We are SO blessed to live in such a great country like the USA and to have troops overseas that fight for us. I just hope you all stop and think of them, not just on our Independence Day, but every day throughout the year. I feel so blessed that they would leave their families so that I can enjoy mine without worries. God Bless our country, our troops, and everyone who has ever sacrificed themselves to keep us one nation under God!
