Our sweet little Logan has taken to reading his books more and more every day! I love to see this passion in him as I have always been an avid reader. I hope it continues with him throughout life. He finally let me video him reading his favorite book "The Very Hungry Caterpillar". This video makes me so happy :)

My Crazy Husband....
My crazy husband, along with many of his R & S Mattress co-workers, decided to compete in the Tuff Mudder. It is a 12-mile (YES, 12 miles!) course with almost 20 military-style obstacles that you have to complete throughout the course. This event comes to Phoenix every year and raises money for the Wounded Warrior Project.
Now don't get me wrong... I am all about great causes that help others... but really?!?!?!
I had much trepidation about this "obstacle course" and said many (MANY!) prayers for Chuck and his fellow co-workers that everyone would make it out in one piece!

Mud, mud, and more mud...
Exhausted but everyone finished after 3 hours! Good job guys!
Chuck said that this was his "tough guy" look!! Still makes me laugh :)
He said it was actually a lot of fun and he cannot wait to do it again....
I'm proud of his determination but I sure hope he doesn't want to do this again next year!
